I have been thinking quite a bit lately about my sales management of Synthesis. It’s peculiar attempting to manage people who own their own businesses but report directly to me regarding their contact with Synthesis clients. Not to mention setting goals and parameters for my lead salesperson…my wife! 
A couple members of our team asked me to review their sales follow up calls this week. We are specifically 5-Touching two dissimilar industries and are now at the point where we are making the 4th and 5th touch – the phone calls & appointments.
